CA notes: huge vote by mail, takes days to count. About 1/3 of the vote was likely cast before Biden’s SC surge. 53 CD’s chose dels in addition to statewide. The CD dels are weighted: so if you win Pelosi's heavily Dem CD you get 7 dels. Win Kevin McCarthy’s you get only 4.
